In forming their view, the Directors have considered the Company's current financial position, cash resources, and forecasted funding requirements. On 31 December 2024, the company had positive net current assets of $659,731,963 and positive net assets amounting to $1,827,725,845. On this basis and considering the geopolitical environment, Directors have reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
