“The Directors of Dontaur Engineering Limited have reviewed the appropriateness of the going concern assumption and believe that the company has sufficient resources available to enable it to continue to meet its ongoing obligations for at least a period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The companys financial performance and forecasts to 31 August 2026, after considering plausible downside scenarios, show that the company continues to be cash generative. Accordingly, the Directors believe that it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
