“The directors have reviewed the Company's budgets and forecasts for 2025 and 2026, which shows the Company is expected to continue to be profitable. While the Company's cash balances are managed through a cash pooling arrangement within the Kingspan Group, under the terms of that arrangement the Company has control over the cash balances held in its name. The directors are satisfied that the Company will continue to be cash generative and meet its obligations as they fall due for the period to 31 July 2026. Consequently, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
