Values shown as filed in the company's annual accounts. indicates the figure wasn't present under that line item in that period. About these numbers

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-04-30 vs 2024-04-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which assumes that the company will continue in business for at least 12 months from the date these financial statements were approved. The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through bank overdraft facilities which, in common with all such facilities, are repayable on demand. The banking facilities with Danske Bank were agreed in February 2025 and fall due for renewal again in November 2025. Based on ongoing informal discussions it is expected that the bank will continue to support the company under acceptable terms. Taking these matters into account the directors consider it appropriate to prepare financial statements on the going concern basis.”
