“At the date of this report, the directors are confident that the company can continue to demonstrate its resilience and navigate these challenging times successfully. At the Balance Sheet date the company had net assets of £5,154,058 (2023: £4,444,502) and continued to generate profits. The directors have prepared budgets and cash flow forecasts, and as a result, continue to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis as they are satisfied that the company has the ability to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of this report.”
