“The Directors of the entity have undertaken a group restructure during the year, in which Evron Foods Limited (another group entity) transferred its employees, trade and assets to Bama Europa UK Limited, which resulted in additional trading activity for the year. The Company is reliant on the continued support of Group. The ultimate parent company, Bama Companies, Inc, have provided assurances that it will continue to provide the financial resources necessary to enable the Company to continue in its normal course of business and meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements. The Directors accordingly continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
