“Financial Statements are prepared on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the Innovation Ulster Limited will continue in operation. Given the nature of is activities the company is reliant on financial support from its parent Ulster University, which has confirmed that it will support the company for the period to 31 July 2027 making funds available to the company to enable it to meet its current liabilities arising as they fall due. On this basis the Board is satisfied that the going concern basis continues to be appropriate in the preparation of the Financial Statements.”
