“The company made an operating loss of £2,783,143 (2023: £2,971,028) for the financial year, and had net liabilities of £13,209 (2023 Net Liabilities £3,199,661). The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through bank overdraft facilities and support from its parent company, which is its principal facility provider. Based on ongoing discussions, it is expected that the bank will continue to support the company under acceptable terms.”
