“The trustees intend to maintain the charity's reserves at a level which is at least equivalent to three months' operational expenditure plus £70,000 for advance purchase of flights and insurance at the start of each financial year and have done with regard to its manner of operation of likely funding streams. The board will review the reserves to ensure that they are adequate to fulfil the charity's continuing obligations on an annual basis.”
