• “During the year ended 31 December 2025 and since 2018 there have been a number of issues in respect of service failure points accrued under the payment mechanism provisions in the Company's agreement with the South Western Health and Social Care Trust and Lenders which breach certain thresholds within the Company's lending agreements. The breach gives the lenders the right to recall the loan on demand and restricts the company from making any dividend distributions until such time as the Event of Default have been satisfied or waived to the satisfaction of the lenders' Agent.”
