“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons: Management has prepared cash flow forecasts to September 2028, which demonstrate that, even under plausible downside scenarios involving reduced sales and margin compression, the Group will have sufficient liquidity through strong trading performance and existing commercial finance facilities to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Accordingly, the directors are confident that the Group will continue to have adequate resources to operate for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and for the foreseeable future.”
