Consequently, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements. We have not identified any material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
