“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the Directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from the date when the financial statements are authorised for issue. At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have obtained an extension to the external financing arrangements until December 2026. The shareholder loan terms have also beer. extended to meet the repayment terms of the external debt. As a result of the extension of the external debt and continued support from the shareholders of the company, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
