“The Company made an operating loss for the period of £2,769,825 (2024: £965,332) and has net current liabilities of £12,183,861 (2024: 2,325,581). The Company meets its working capital requirements through financial support from its parent company and is dependent on this continuing support. Cross Family Group Holdings Ltd, the parent company, has further agreed to support the Company throughout the succeeding 12 month period. For this reason the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which presumes the realisation of assets and liabilities in the normal course of business.”
