“The directors of Devenish Nutrition Investment Limited have prepared cash flow forecasts for the group for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing this report and confirm that adequate funding has been committed by Devenish (NI) Limited, the company's ultimate parent, to support the company's operations and planned activity over this period. The directors have received confirmation that Devenish (NI) Limited intend to support the company for at least one year after these financial statements are signed. Additionally, the company's fellow subsidiaries have given assurances that they will not seek repayment of any balances due to them if the company is not in a position to settle them. Consequently, the directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
