“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have prepared cashflow forecasts for the 12 months from the date of signing which show the Group and the Company will have sufficient cash to meet its obligations as they fall due. The directors consider the most significant risk to the cashflows to be the power prices however this risk is mitigated through the receipt of government backed subsidies and the relative fixed nature of the overheads. The Group has an external loan agreement with Allied Irish Bank and the debt service requirements for the 12 months from the date of signing and covenants under this funding agreement have been considered in assessing the Group's going concern.”
