To facilitate the new arrangements, a company limited by guarantee was incorporated on 2nd February 2023. The Northern Ireland Boys' Brigade, Company Number NI694162. A new charity was registered The Northern Ireland Boys' Brigade (NIC109663) which was merged with The Boys' Brigade NI District on 1st July 2023. Funds from The Boys' Brigade NI District were transferred to The Northern Ireland Boys' Brigade on 1st July 2023.”
