Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “These premises have previously been marketed for sale, however the selling process has been delayed by economic conditions in the property market. The marketing process had restarted in 2019 but was paused during the Covid-19 pandemic.”
• “it was decided to proceed with phase 1 of the development of West Mains in October 2006, encompassing a steel fabrication shed and concrete yard surfacing. This phase was completed and became operational in July 2007.
