“At 31 December 2024 the company had net assets of £3,545,938 (2023 - £2,493,318), net current assets of £592,975 (2023 - liability of £138,351) and made a profit after tax of £1,052,620 (2023 - £356,327) for the year. The company designs and manufactures specialised machinery primarily for use by the chocolate industry. Forecasts have been prepared for the period until December 2025, including a cash flow forecast, which demonstrate the company has sufficient liquidity for the required period of assessment. In addition, a reverse stress test has been performed to assess the liquidity of the company should no further revenue be generated other than confirmed orders. In that scenario, the company would be dependent upon its ultimate parent to provide financial support. The directors of the parent company have confirmed their support in writing for a period no less than 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, the directors do not consider there to be a material uncertainty arising over the going concern basis of preparation of the financial statements.”
