“At the time of approving the financial statements the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will continue to be in operational existence for the foreseeable future due to reasonably high occupancy levels at the care home, the improvement in the resale of homes on the estate and a continued focus on cost control measures. In addition the company has sufficient cash reserves to meet its obligations for the foreseeable future. Therefore the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
