  Without qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to the Financial Review contained in the Report of Trustees. We note that at the year-end there were unrestricted net current assets of £43,137, which is less than three months unrestricted expenditure. This fragility indicates the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. We note however that the charity has been successful in securing increased levels of multi-year funding from Creative Scotland and that the Report of Trustees states that this should enable reserves to rebuilt to a more robust position.

• “The charity was successful in January 2025 in its application for a new funding programme administered by Creative Scotland: Multi Annual Funding (MAF). We were awarded £524,333 for 2025-26, and indicative awards of £595,973 for 2026-27 and 2027-28 have been made.”
• “In October 2024 a local restaurant, the Thai Café, suffered a major fire. We offered our restaurant for evening service, initially on a six-month contract, subsequently rolled on.”
