Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In forming this view, the directors have considered the Company's current financial position, including the result for the year ended 31 December 2024, being a profit before tax of £3.6m, the availability of existing overdraft facilities, and prepared forecasts and projections covering a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The forecasts take into account expected future income and expenditure and show that the Company will have sufficient resources to continue to trade and to meet its liabilities, including the service of debt, as they fall due. Accordingly, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. On this basis the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
