• “On 30th April 2025, the Company was acquired by CES Whisky Limited, a fellow subsidiary of the wider Group. Subsequent to this, the directors hived the business, trade and majority of the assets of MacDuff International (Scotch Whisky) Limited to InchDairnie Whisky Limited.”

A further dividend in specie has also been issued which transfers the company's subsidiary investments to the parent company.”
