“The company has a net current asset position of $207,808,000 as of 31 December 2024 (2023: $101,952,000) and a cash and cash equivalents balance of $190,011,000 (2023: $93,004,000). The directors are satisfied that the company has adequate financial resources, including access to Eni Group financial resources, to continue to operate for the foreseeable future being not less than twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements and meet its obligations as they fall due. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
