“The directors and management of the company continue to review the trading and cash flow performance against forecast. This includes the review of weekly cash flows, contract performance against budget in terms of turnover and productivity. If we experience a material change in our work winning and delivery, the company, with support from group, is in a place to deal with any slowdown. The latest trading performance is tracking on budget. The company recognises that the management of cash resources is paramount during such times, and the directors have a reasonable expectation that group have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and have obtained a letter of support from Robertson Group Limited covering the twelve months from approval of financial statements. Thus, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements.”
