“The directors, having made due and careful enquiry, are of the opinion that the company has adequate working capital to execute its operations over the next 12 months, following the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors, therefore, have made an informed judgement, at the time of approving the financial statements, that there is a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company has net current liabilities of £1,141,964. Included within current liabilities is £928,276 of amounts owed to Clockwork Removals Limited, a fellow group company. Clockwork Removals Limited have confirmed their continuing support for the company and have confirmed that this amount will not be called up while there remains a funding requirement. As a result, the directors have continued to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
