“At the time of approving the financial statements, the director has a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Although the group was in a net liabilities position at the year end, the director has considered the company's forecasts, cashflow projection, and liquidity position, and are satisfied that the group will remain cash generative. In addition, the group would have continued support from additional loan facilities if required from its shareholder and remaining headroom with the existing bank loan.”
