• “NYDC began leasing Units 3 and 4 of the Sellafirth Business Park and were awarded Scottish Land Fund funding in 2024 to purchase the units for the establishment of a Community Hub.”
• “Garth Wind Farm... This year has been an exceptional year for Garth Wind, although marred by repeated breakdowns and faults. Despite this however, we have been able to pay back the high interest loan of £1.9million ahead of schedule.”
• “In the first year of operation the North Yell Marina was the centre point for Sail Yell, part of the International Tall Ships race 2023. In addition, the marina housed its 18 permanent berth holders and welcomed 19 visiting yachts over the course of the season.”
