“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have reviewed the Company's cash flow forecasts and projections and concluded that the Company has adequate resources to continue to meet its current and future obligations. ... In all cases considered the Company has sufficient forecast cashflows throughout the going concern period to continue to operate without additional funding and that there are no forecast covenant breaches during the Going Concern period. As a result, the Company therefore continues to adopt a going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
