“Management have prepared detailed forecasts which show that the company is expected to continue to trade profitably. The Directors have received confirmation from their parent company, Datamars SA, that it will continue to provide financial support to the company for at least a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and that Datamars SA will not seek repayment of group balances to the detriment of the company or its other creditors within that same period. The Directors, with reference to the ongoing support guaranteed by the parent company, detailed forecasts prepared, and committed customer orders, believe that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and as such believe it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

• “During 2024 it was decided to consolidate resources and as a result the Craven Arms site will be closed in 2025. Notice was served to employees at the end of the year with some employees having left by year end. Some stock (Kaiwaka) has been relocated to the Selkirk site and only large bulky items which cannot be warehoused in Selkirk remain. Two warehouse operatives remain at Craven Arms to ensure the continued flow of operations during this transition phase. New premises will be obtained in or near Selkirk to house the remaining stock. Craven Arms will be vacated at the latest, 30/06/2025 when the lease is terminated under the break clause.”
• “The commencement of winding up of KiwiKit Ltd begun on 20th October 2023, the process was completed and the company was dissolved on 1st November 2024.”
