• “The continuing cost-of-living crisis continues to impact on front line services ability to continue to deliver high quality services and AWA has not been immune to this.”
• “AWA, continues to see demand for our services increase not only the number of referrals but particularly the increasing complexity of referrals and the very high levels of mental health issues that are being presented. This has resulted in AWA introducing waiting lists for some of our longer-term services.”
• “The Board is committed to making staff welfare the highest priority moving forward, and to this end AWA has introduced Wellbeing Wednesday, once a month the staff team will be choosing a wellbeing activity to participate in, examples are yoga, walking, meditation etc.”
