To conclude on the going concern for the Company, the Directors have considered the liquidity and solvency of Ithaca Energy plc and have considered going concern at the Group level. Key factors include: Continuing robust commodity price backdrop and a well hedged portfolio over the next 12 months; Reserves Based Lending ("RBL") liquidity headroom of $1,090 million ($210 million drawn versus $1.3 billion available), plus circa $574 million cash at the end of September 2025; and Resilient operational performance and well-diversified portfolio.”
