Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“At the time of approving the financial statements, the trustees have a reasonable expectation that the charity has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the trustees continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “This is our twenty second year of operation and nineteenth as an independently registered charity and company limited by guarantee. The previous financial year was one of positive consolidation and this year we have sought to further consolidate our position in a challenging economic situation, resulting in a small financial deficit at year end.”
- “The charity's 5-year strategic plan which reflects 'where we are' and 'where we want to be' came to an end at the start of this FY. The process of crafting the next strategic plan commenced, but took longer than expected to finalise, due to various factors, including exploring a new potential opportunity to relocate the charity's base to Elgin and increase our overall social impact.”
- “The year began with a packed Easter holiday programme, working with various charity and welfare partners to provide holiday activity opportunities for vulnerable and disadvantaged children and families. This also included a 5-day residential respite break in the Cairngorm National Park at Kincraig.”
- “During the October holidays we delivered the second of our annual respite breaks for vulnerable young people, in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park and secured funding to deliver a further 6 breaks over the next three years (Easter and October).”
- “Event First Aid - There was a slight increase in event first aid cover during this FY with 6 events being covered. However, there are now other charities providing the same service in our area and it is likely that we will see a reduction in the number of events we cover next FY.”
- “We secured a seventh years' contract from the Local Authority to coordinate all Bikeability training in the schools in Moray. This has continued to be an excellent project, both in terms of getting more young people cycling and as a means of increasing engagement with schools; leading to supporting more young people on other programmes.”
