“Based on these forecasts, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements and continue to meet debt covenants and debt repayments as they fall due. In light of this, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the company's annual financial statements.”
