“At the year end, the Company is in a net liabilities position with net current assets. The position at year end is as a result of the fair value assessment of interest rate swaps held by the Company. The obligation would only result in a cash outflow if the instruments were terminated, and there is no intention or plans to terminate these instruments. As a result, the Company therefore continues to adopt a going concern basis.”
