“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The current and future financial position of the company, its cash flows and liquidity position have been reviewed by the Directors. These have been prepared with a prudent view on the likely recovery in each of the company's operating locations and have been stress tested to ensure that cash flows and liquidity are sufficiently robust to allow the company to continue to trade during this period. The Directors recognise that at a company level, Macs Adventure Limited reports an operating loss in 2024 and that this is not reflective of its consolidated and Group position. In that regard the Directors refer to the consolidated position of its ultimate parent company The Independent Adventure Group Limited that in 2024 holds a significant net asset position. We have obtained letters of confirmation that intercompany liabilities will be recalled to the detriment of the company. Having considered potential risks and the current economic environment, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will achieve the forecasted performance and has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Based on the foregoing, the directors believe that it remains appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
