Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

Audit & accounting basis

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the trustees' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the charitable company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “September 2023 - August 2024 was a year of real growth for Re:Hope Church. Re:Hope West End particularly growing with an increase in students and young adults and Re:Hope Southside seeing an influx of young adults and families. Re:Hope Paisley had their second full year and is continuing to grow with many from the local community starting to come along.”
- “We ended the year on a firm footing financially, with overall donations up from the previous year alongside some significant success accessing grants to help with building repairs particularly at the Southside location and towards the community work at Royston. We also continue to receive several ongoing designated donations towards salaries. Over this period the budgets remained generally balanced and we ended the year with increased reserves.”
- “This year saw a number of staff turnovers. In April 2024 Rachel Mackay stepped down as Youth Pastor and Jill Ruddell also stepped down as Ministry Administrator. In June 2024 Stewart and Amanda Long who were missionaries working with the student ministry at Re:Hope also left their role to return to the states. These roles were then filled in August 2024 with Amy Lee coming on board as Students and Young Adult Pastor and then Chalcedony Williams and Louisa Murebwa starting as Youth Pastors. Kelsey Roseweir was hired as Ministry Administrator and Duncan Roseweir was hired in a new role of Associate Pastor to support the growing ministry of the West End.”
- “Re:Hope Southside has significantly grown over the year with an influx of young adults and families starting to attend. The building had some significant work done over the year with the remedial work for the dry rot outbreak taking place in Autumn 2023. We then also upgraded the heating system by adding in radiators to the main sanctuary.”
- “Re:Hope Royston has thrived as they continue to embed themselves at the heart of the Royston community, with a shop unit on the local square being the main hub of activity. The church was able to secure a second shop unit on the square in Autumn 2023 and were able ro renovate that space which is now used as a second space throughout the week and on a Sunday for services.”
- “Re:Hope Paisley has seen steady growth with the average Sunday attendance being 90, this includes a significant growth in the children's ministry with around 20 children regularly attending the sunday children's ministry Wee: Hope Opening of the creche room, a valuable resource for younger children and families which is regularly used each week.”
