“The directors have considered the group's forecast financial performance for the period to 31 December 2026, and after applying conservative growth projections, the company is forecast to maintain adequate cash reserves throughout the forecast period which will be underpinned by prudent cost control measures. Within the forecasts it is expected that the group will continue to operate within full compliance of its debt covenants. The group have also confirmed that they will continue to ensure financial support is provided to the company for at least a period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Consequently, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to meet its financial obligations throughout the forecast period. Therefore, the directors believe it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
