“The Company has net assets of £9.6m at 30 June 2025. The directors have considered the Company budget and associated risks. The parent company, Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC have also provided a letter of financial support to the company to provide funds in the event it is required. This letter of support, together with post year end trading results and profitability, indicate, to the Directors' satisfaction, that the Company has resources more than sufficient to meet its financial obligations and continue in operation existence for the foreseeable future.”
