  Without qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to the Financial Review contained in the Report of Trustees. We note that at the year-end there were unrestricted net current assets of £11,737, which is less than one months unrestricted expenditure. This fragility indicates the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. These conditions, along with the other matters set forth in the financial review, indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. We note however that the trustees are actively reviewing the shop operation in order to rectify the position and are confident that the organisation can have a successful future.

• “Our manager (appointed prior to the shop opening) left in October 2024 with plans to move overseas. A staff member was appointed to the manager position. The number of staff fluctuated over the year, and our second summer trading period was very busy with tourists and cyclists in particular.”
