  We draw attention to Note 1 to the financial statements, which indicates that the Company relies on its immediately Parent Company, BayWa r.e. UK (Developments) Limited, and ultimately is also reliant on the support of BayWa r.e. UK Limited and BayWa r.e. AG, not demanding repayment of the intragroup loan and providing any further funding required by the Company to continue to operate. As the Parent Company has uncertainty over its ability to continue as a going concern it is not certain that it will be able to provide the support required by the Company. As stated in Note 1, these events or conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 1, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
