“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources, from the preference C share funding, to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors have also looked at current cash resources and made an assessment of historical and expected cashburn for the foreseeable future to assess the availability of working capital. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
