“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis as the directors consider that the company will continue in operation for the foreseeable future. In arriving at this conclusion the directors have given due consideration to the impact of capital projects - the purchase of 206 St Vincent Street in 2024 and planned building works. With the company's strong cash reserves the income and operating cash flows will remain positive and the company will continue to be able to pay its liabilities as they fall due. The company have prepared forecasts until 31 December 2026.”
