Material uncertainty over going concern
The Company ceased trading in 2019. During the year the Directors took the decision to wind down and liquidate the Company. Given this decision, the going concern basis is not appropriate. Accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern. No liquidator has been appointed by the Board of Directors as of the date of authorisation of the financial statements. The Company is in receipt of a letter of support from the intermediate parent company One-Dyas BV that will enable it to settle ongoing expenses whilst the entity is in the process of liquidation.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
