“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

- “The year to end August 2024 has been a period of consolidation. After the difficult period of 2022 rolling into 2023 with problems in construction in regards material shortages and commodity prices which were at a historically high level. The year to end August 2024 has seen prices stabilise and a steady flow of contracts won although turnover was down slightly, we see contracts value won in 2025 showing an improvement on the previous year.”
