“The Board of Directors has conducted a review of the going concern assumption, considering all available information available up to the date the accounts are issued and taking into account all available information about the future. DNO North Sea plc, has agreed to provide necessary financial support if required to enable the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due, and has confirmed its ability to do so. ...the Board of Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will be able to continue its operations and meet its liabilities as they fall due for the going concern period. Based on the above, together with the directors' knowledge and experience of the market, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.”
