“In making this assessment, the directors have assumed that the amounts owed to Finsbury Food Group Limited, which as at 28 June 2025 amounted to £239,000 (2024: £473,000), will not be repayable during the going concern period and the Company has received a support letter from Finsbury Food Group Limited (the "Group") stating that, if required, the Group will assist the company in meetings its liabilities, as they fall due for a period no less than 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.”
