“The group has prepared a detailed consolidated forecast out to the end of 2026, including profit and loss account, cash flow and balance sheet projections to satisfy its going concern position, with consideration given to the business model going forward following the sale of WST Oilfield Systems Inc. The forecasts give confidence to the board that all the Well-Sense group companies will be able to meet their liabilities as they fall due from their existing facilities. As a result, the Well-Sense group's financial statements and those of its subsidiaries have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
