Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“At the time of approving the financial statements and having considered external market conditions coupled with the company's and wider Exceed Group's financial forecasts, the directors are of the opinion that the company has adequate working capital to execute its operations over the next 12 months. The directors, therefore, have made the informed judgement, at the same time as approving the financial statements, that there is a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
Significant events
- “The year ended 28 February 2025 was a year of consolidation - the previous year's exceptional performance was repeated, proving up a shift in Exceed's strong client portfolio spread over various geographies and service offerings: decommissioning; hydrogen storage; development and exploration in the UKCS and; international projects, the most significant of which were occurring in Namibia under the Exceed Torridon branch entity.”
- “During the period our international operations grew over the year, on the back of two successful campaigns in Namibia. The company has reported strong profilability during the period, which is continuing in the current year's trading.”
- “Since March 2025 the company is forecast to grow with the resultant increase in both revenue and profits.”
- “During the current financial year, the company repurchased and subsequently cancelled 4,570 of B ordinary shares for £99,946. Retained earnings were used to repurchase the shares.”
- “The entity's lease for its Rubislaw Terrace office premises expired in May 2025, subsequent to the year-end date. In June 2025, the lease was renewed for a further term of 5 years under similar terms and conditions.”
