“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In making this assessment the directors have considered trading forecasts and cash flows through to December 2026 which show positive cash generation from operations as well as the company's ability to service its secured existing funding facilities. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will have continued access to the group's funding facilities for at least the next 12 months from the date of approving these financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
